Open SPISim from [Tools] \ [SPISim] in AEDT

Change Module Type from [VPro : Waveform/S-Parameter ...] to [MPro : General modeling ...]

1. IBIS Viewer and Check

   [IBIS] \ [IBIS file(s) inspector] ... open z91b.ibs for example

   

   Select which corner you want to show

   

   IBIS v7.0.1 checker which is the same as the golden parse checker of IBIS.org

   

   Double click to go to the corresponding line that message indicates (non-monotonic location)

   

   

   non-monotonic(非遞增或遞減)的波形定義，並不會造成錯誤，可以藉由以下[Delete point in region]修改波形定義而消除此警告訊息。此時的框選，要以滑鼠左鍵由左向右框選要刪除的區域，被刪除點的線段會自動線性連起來。

   

   上圖步驟3刪除點後，記得要執行[Conclude]，並切回[Text]檢視是否對應點的數值定以已經修改，然後記得按[Save]才完成更新程序。

2. IBIS Editor

   2.1 延續 IBIS模型產生2 的例子

   

   2.2 修改[Rising waveform][Falling waveform]，讓波形更接近Micron DDR4-3200

   使用[Delete points in region][Add one point at click]刪除與新增折點，然後切換到[text]修改該點的正確位置。

   

   使用者必須注意，任意修改IBIS內的V-T或V-I範圍定義，可能會造成彼此間mismatch。

3. IBIS Check

   [IBIS] \ [Check IBIS modles\files] ... for .ibs

   [IBIS] \ [Check AMI modles\files] ... for .ami and .dll
